System Functions
1、System operation monitoring and control
In the monitoring interface, the network diagram of the whole power monitoring system is displayed, the real-time operation parameters and equipment operation status on each main wiring diagram are dynamically refreshed, and the remote control function is supported. The system screen can be configured according to actual needs. The interface is shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3
2、Power quality monitoring and analysis
Continuous monitoring of the power quality and reliability of the entire system. Real-time monitoring of system harmonics, voltage flicker, disturbances, frequency deviation, unbalance, power factor and other power quality problems. The waveform capture can be triggered manually or automatically to record the waveform during disturbance for power quality analysis and fault analysis.
3、High precision power metering
The use of high-precision, bi-directional metering multifunctional meters to measure customer load and system load to optimize system capacity design. Transformer loss/line loss compensation helps to share production costs rationally. The interface is shown in Figure 4
4、Electricity consumption statistics and analysis
The system provides users with comprehensive power and demand statistics and reports, including power consumption at different rates for different feeders, daily, monthly, quarterly and annual statistics and records, and can match the billing structure of power companies for peak and valley level statistics and records, and can be displayed, printed and queried.
5、Electricity consumption trend curve analysis
The system provides two kinds of curve analysis interfaces, real-time curve and historical trend, to analyze the current operating load condition of the circuit by calling the real-time curve interface of the relevant circuit. By calling the real-time curve of a distribution circuit, the signal fluctuation caused by the electrical equipment of that circuit can be analyzed as shown in Figure
6、Alarm and event management
The system can be set to trigger an alarm when the measured value of power parameters exceeds the limit or when the status of the equipment changes. When the system alarms, it can make voice prompting, automatically pop up the alarm screen or trigger the necessary operation, and at the same time, it can notify the relevant personnel through email, cell phone SMS, etc. The interface is shown in Figure 6.
7、Historical Data Management
The system is based on real-time database to complete historical data management, real-time sampling data, sequential event records, etc. can be saved to the historical database. In the monitoring screen, you can customize the parameters to be queried, the time period to be queried or select the number of recently updated records to be queried and displayed and plotted as a graph. The interface is shown in Figure 7.
8、Alarm and event management
Reports can be generated based on existing templates in the system, or new custom templates. Reports can be generated manually or on a regular basis according to a preset schedule, or through the export function in EXCEL format, and can be automatically sent via emai or automatically printed. The interface is shown in Figure 8.
9、Report management
For the safe and stable operation of the system, user rights management can prevent unauthorized operation. You can define the login name, password and operation rights of different levels of users to provide reliable security for system operation and maintenance management.
10、User rights management
Support industrial OPC interface, can be used as OPC server to provide data for other programs (such as DCS system), and can also be used as OPC client to obtain data from other systems. The system can be compatible with Modbus, IEC101, IEC103 and other protocols of third-party devices.
11、Support Web client
The system provides Web service, the client can view the power monitoring system screen through E browser of remote PC.
