Product Overview

Smart capacitor is an integrated reactive power compensation equipment applied to 0.4kV grid. It consists of a CPU measurement and control module, a capacitor throwing compound switch, a capacitor protection module and two (△ type) or one (Y type) low-voltage self-healing power capacitors to form an independent and complete intelligent compensation unit. The low-voltage reactive power compensation set composed of intelligent capacitors has the features of flexible compensation mode (any combination of common and sub-compensation), easy installation and maintenance, strong protection function, small size of the device, good compensation effect, low power consumption and high reliability, which can meet the user's requirements for reactive power compensation and really achieve the actual needs of improving power factor, improving voltage quality, saving energy and reducing losses.

It realizes the perfect combination of measurement and control technology and synchronous switch, no silicon controlled, high voltage resistance between contacts, synchronous switching, automatic tracking and calibration of the closing phase, and the switch achieves a million times switching life. Compared with the existing intelligent capacitors of the same type, it has many advantages such as high reliability, low fault and long life.

The product has complete measurement and protection functions, such as internal temperature, phase loss, overvoltage and undervoltage protection.

The product can be used in multiple building blocks, with different capacities flexibly matched. When multiple units are used, the master is automatically generated and the rest are slaves, and the individual slaves are withdrawn without affecting the work of other machines.
